The valve body is crafted from cast iron coated with a durable layer of polyester, designed to extend its longevity against the impacts of weather, chemical exposure, ultraviolet radiation, and abrasion.

The valve also features a sturdy, peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat that offers tight bubble secure leakage at the rated close-off. The valve stem is composed of 416-grade stainless steel with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, ensuring there's zero room for corrosion access.
