The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 5-inch valve designed with exceptional functionality and durability for industrial applications. Constructed with a polyester-coated, cast iron body, it is robust enough to withstand harsh environmental conditions while offering superior protection from weathering, chemical exposure, ultra-violet radiation, abrasion, and impact.

Equipped with a 428 Cv at 60 degrees stroke and a 1376 Cv at 90 degrees stroke, this Butterfly Valve features a flexible peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat as well as a 416 stainless steel stem. The versatile size range from 2 to 20 inches, alongside ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe Connections, facilitate its integration in a variety of settings. In addition, its bi-directional flow proficiency, aided by an extended neck for 2 inches of pipe insulation, contributes to optimized functionality.

The valve assembly includes a special Nylon 11 coated, cast iron disc, which promotes corrosion resistance, reduction in friction, and compatibility with lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes. Further enhancing the valve's resilience is the stainless steel stem, equipped with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that provides no access points for corrosion.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off; ensuring reliable and efficient performance. It is designed to service hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, exhibiting an equal percentage flow characteristic. The operating temperature range for this valve is -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 degrees Celsius to 121 degrees Celsius), and it can handle close-off pressure up to 175 psi.
