The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 4-inch control valve that is essential for regulating fluid flowing through a pipeline. This flanged valve provides a 274 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and an 841 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is made of polyester-coated cast iron, which provides formidable resistance against weather, chemical effects, ultraviolet rays, abrasion, and impact.

The resilient valve seat is composed of peroxide cured EPDM, guaranteeing longevity and durability. The valve stem is constructed of 416 stainless steel and features a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that leaves no points for corrosion access. This ensures integral stability, corrosion resistance, and enhanced durability.

In terms of size, this model caters for industrial needs ranging from 2 to 20 inches with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. The valve mechanically enables bi-directional flow and features an extended neck offering 2 inches of pipe insulation to safeguard the piping from external factors.

The incorporation of nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks is instrumental in boosting corrosion resistance, reducing friction, and using lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. The unique design of this valve facilitates bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off, providing a reliable seal.
