The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way control system featuring a 4-inch flanged design with 274 Cv at a 60-degree stroke. It has a polyester-coated cast iron body, which ensures durability and resistance against weather, chemicals, ultraviolet light, abrasion, and impact. The valve's resilient seat is enriched with peroxide-cured EPDM, and it comprises a 416 stainless steel stem.

The Butterfly Valve range offers a variety of sizes from 2 to 20 inches, all of which are compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It further boasts bi-directional flow and includes an extended neck that accommodates 2 inches of pipe insulation. The cast iron disks are coated with Nylon 11, which enhances their resistance against corrosion and reduces friction. Additionally, it enables the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The butterfly valve presents superior structural design, with the stainless steel valve stem featuring a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that removes points for corrosion access. Rated close-off provides a bubble-tight seat leakage, further enhancing its efficiency.

The valve is intended for servicing hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, operating at temperatures ranging from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). It holds an equal percentage flow characteristic and provides a close-off pressure of 175 psi.
