The Honeywell 3-inch Butterfly Valve is a two-way, flanged device featuring a 154 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and a robust 461 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. It possesses a weather-resistant polyester-coated cast iron body along with a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem.

The valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 inches to 20 inches and is equipped with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It offers bi-directional flow control and is designed with an extended neck that can accommodate up to 2 inches of pipe insulation. For anti-corrosion and friction reduction, the valve additionally includes cast iron discs coated with Nylon 11, allowing it to also operate with lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes.

The valve body, crafted of cast iron, is coated with polyester, offering fortified protection against harsh weather, chemicals, UV rays, abrasion, and impact. It includes a stainless steel stem designed with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, which eliminates any points for potential corrosion access.

The valve reliably maintains bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off pressure. Ideal for use with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, it offers an equal percentage flow characteristic. The operating temperature range of the valve is broad, spanning from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), with a close-off pressure of 175 psi, making it a versatile choice for various industrial applications.
