The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a versatile two-way system with a 3-inch diameter. It features a cast iron body coated with polyester for added resilience, withstanding weather, chemicals, abrasion, and impact. Suited for both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, it has a 154 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and a 461 Cv at 90-degree stroke.

This valve exhibits bi-directional flow and incorporates an extended neck, allowing for 2 inches of pipe insulation. Engineered for sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, it connects seamlessly with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe.

With a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and 416 stainless steel stem, the valve is both durable and dependable. Its cast iron disks are coated with Nylon 11 for corrosion resistance, less friction and compatibility with lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes.

The valve stem crafted from stainless steel extends the product's lifespan, featuring a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, leaving no points for corrosion access. A distinct feature of this valve is its bubble-tight seat leakage at a rated close-off pressure of 175 psi, ensuring no unexpected leakage.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve functions smoothly under temperature fluctuations - from as low as -40 F to as high as 250 F (-40 C to 121 C) with an equal percentage flow characteristic.
