Our 2 Way, 3 Inch Butterfly Valve is a durable and versatile flanged valve. It comes with a polyester-coated cast iron body that imparts superior protection against weather, chemical reactions, ultra-violet rays, abrasion, and impact. This valve features a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a stem made from 416-grade stainless steel.

The product is fit for sizes ranging from 2 inches to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It provides bi-directional flow while including an extended neck that can accommodate up to 2 inches of pipe insulation. The valve's disks, nylon 11 coated, and made with cast iron, ensure high corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and compatibility with lower-torque actuators for larger valve body sizes.

Giving utmost attention to durability, the valve's stem is crafted with stainless steel, featuring a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection. This scheme eliminates points where corrosion might access. Also, it assuredly provides bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is specifically designed to work well with services such as hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It follows an equal percentage flow characteristic.
