The Honeywell Butterfly Valve features a 2-Way, 20-inch design characterized by a flanged setup that offers 7144 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 22339 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The controller is constructed from a polyester-coated cast iron body that assures durability and resistance to diverse environmental conditions. In addition, the valve features a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem.

This Honeywell product provides ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe connections and caters to valve sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches. Integrated into its design is a bidirectional flow system and an extended neck that supports 2 inches of pipe insulation. The valve's disks are composed of nylon 11 coated, cast iron, ensuring corrosion resistance, reduced friction and support for lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

One of the key features of the cast iron valve body includes a polyester coating engineered to endure weather, chemical, ultra-violet, abrasion, and impact damage. It also features a stainless-steel valve stem with a double-D disk connection, which provides a close-tolerance internal structure without points for corrosion access.

The control system guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off. As for technical specifications, the valve can service both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions with an equal percentage flow characteristic. Operating within the temperature range of -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C), it can withstand a close-off pressure of 150 psi.
