The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2 Way, 20-inch control device, designed with an enameled cast iron body and a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat. The valve's flanged design allows for impressive Cv ratings at specific strokes—7144 Cv at 60 degrees, and 22339 Cv at 90 degrees. This valve also sports a stem made of robust 416 stainless steel.

This Butterfly Valve accommodates sizes ranging from 2 inches to 20 inches and is equipped with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. This ensures bi-directional flow while the extended neck provides room for 2 inches of pipe insulation. The disks, structured from cast iron and coated with Nylon 11, are resistant to corrosion and friction, reducing the need for higher-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The cast iron valve body is coated with polyester for superior protection against weather, chemical damage, ultraviolet rays, abrasions, and impacts. The stainless steel valve stem boasts a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that prevents any points of corrosion access. In addition, the valve ensures a bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

For service, this product is ideal for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It exhibits an equal percentage flow characteristic, and operates well within temperatures from -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C). The valve's close-off pressure rating is 150 psi.
