The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 20-inch fixture. It features a flanged structure with a Cv of 7144 at a 60-degree stroke, increasing to 22339 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve is crafted with a cast iron body coated in polyester, boosting its resilience to adverse weather, chemicals, ultraviolet radiation, abrasion, and impact. Additionally, an extended neck allows for up to two inches of pipe insulation.

The component's peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and 416 stainless steel stem add to its durability. The Butterfly Valve also offers bidirectional flow, enhancing its versatility. It fits pipe connections within the ANSI Class 125/150 lug size range, spanning from 2 to 20 inches.

A highlight of this valve is its nylon 11-coated cast iron disks. This innovative design reduction in friction and corrosion, enabling usage with lower-torque actuators in conjunction with larger valve body sizes. The stainless steel valve stem also features a precise, internal, double-D disk connection with no potential points for corrosive access.

One of its exceptional performance features is the bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off. The valve is compatible with both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, offering an equal percentage flow characteristic. It maintains dependable performance across a wide range of operating temperatures, from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and can withstand a close-off pressure up to 150 psi.
