Its exceptional performance is characterized by an impressive Cv of 7144 at a 60-degree stroke, increasing to a Cv of 22339 at a 90-degree stroke. The valve's sturdy build is reflected in its polyester-coated cast iron body and its peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat. It boasts a resilient 416 stainless steel stem for increased durability and lasting service.

The Butterfly Valve offers a diverse size range from 2 to 20 inches, all compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It supports bi-directional flow and features an extended neck designed to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation, ensuring optimal operation under varying conditions.

The valve's discs are made of corrosion-resistant cast iron, coated with Nylon 11, which not only enhances resilience but also significantly reduces friction. This coating also allows the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valves body sizes. The valve body is coated with polyester, ensuring protection against severe weather, corrosive chemicals, ultraviolet light, abrasion, and mechanical impacts.
