The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 2-inch valve designed for industrial use. This valve features a flanged design with 61 Cv at a 60-degree stroke, and the body is constructed from polyester-coated cast iron for durability and resilience. It has a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem. It's available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches and comes with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe Connections for easy installation and maintenance.

This product offers bi-directional flow and has an extended neck that allows for 2 inches of pipe insulation. The valve also features Nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks that provide corrosion resistance, and allows for reduced friction and the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve body is polyester-coated cast iron, ensuring weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion and impact protection. The valve stem, built of stainless steel, is designed with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection with no points for corrosion access, making it durable and long-lasting.

In terms of performance, one can expect bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off. The valve is suitable for services that require hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, with an equal percentage flow characteristic. The operating temperature range for this valve is from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and it can handle a close-off pressure of up to 175 psi.
