Honeywell proudly presents a robust Butterfly Valve with 2-way functioning and a 2-inch dimension. Boasting a flanged structure, this valve is engineered to effectively deliver a Cv of 61 at a 60-degree stroke, and a remarkable Cv of 144 at a 90-degree stroke. The valve's body is composed of a polyester-coated cast iron, providing resilience against weather elements, chemicals, ultraviolet radiation, abrasions, and impacts. This body is securely fitted with a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat that ensures an exceptional seal.

Designed for versatility, it accommodates sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches with ANSI class 125/150 lug pipe connections, therefore meeting various industrial requirements. The valve supports bi-directional flow and features an extended neck facilitating 2 inches of pipe insulation. Like the valve's body, the disks too are cast iron, however, they are coated with Nylon 11. This unique coating provides the valve with substantial resistance against corrosion, reduced friction, and enables the usage of lower-torque actuators with larger valves body sizes.

The stainless steel stem of the valve boasts a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, which rules out the risk of corrosion access. The valve guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off. This product can be applied to hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions thanks to its service feature. Its flow characteristics observe an equal percentage pattern with an operating temperature ranging from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (-40 degrees Celsius to 121 degrees Celsius). With a close-off pressure limit of an impressive 175 psi, this butterfly valve strikes the perfect balance between durability and efficiency.
