The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-Way, 2-inch valve built for industrial automation and control systems. This flanged valve features a 61 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 144 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. Its body is constructed from a durable polyester coated cast iron, ensuring resistance against weather, chemicals, ultra-violet exposure, abrasion, and impact. The butterfly valve also incorporates a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem for bout robust performance and durability.

The valve comes in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections and provides bi-directional flow. An added value is its extended neck that allows for 2 inches of pipe insulation. The disk of this Honeywell valve is made of Nylon 11 coated, cast iron, a feature that affords corrosion resistance, reduction of friction and enables the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. The valve stem is constructed from stainless steel with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, designed so it has no points for corrosion access. In addition, this valve offers bubble tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

Technical specifications of this valve include its service compatibility with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, and an equal percentage flow characteristic. The operating temperature ranges from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C) and it can withstand a close-off pressure of up to 175 psi.
