The valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches and is compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections for variety and flexibility. Its design supports bi-directional flow, enhancing its versatility. It houses an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation, effectively integrating extra protective measures.
The disc, made from nylon 11 coated cast iron, is built for resilience and longevity, offering corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and compatibility with lower-torque actuators in conjunction with larger valve body sizes. The valve body itself, made of cast iron, is coated in polyester to further resist corrosion whilst simultaneously offering protection against weather conditions, chemicals, UV radiation, abrasion, and impact.
The valve's stainless-steel stem features a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, purposefully designed without points for corrosion access, thus enhancing its resilience. It guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.
