The valve is equipped with a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a highly robust 416 stainless steel stem. The smooth and bi-directional flow is made possible with the cast iron disk, cloaked with a Nylon 11 coating to exacerbate the valve's corrosion resistance, reduce friction, and accommodate lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

Available in sizes ranging from 2 inches to 20 inches, it is adeptly compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. An extended neck allows for the accommodation of 2 inches of pipe insulation, further elevating its functional efficiency.

Its stainless steel stem is bolstered by a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, leaving no points for corrosion to breach. Rated for bubble tight seat leakage at close-off, it efficiently prevents any downtimes in your system. The valve can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C) and a close-off pressure of 175 psi.
