The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way design with a 2-1/2 inch diameter. It features a flanged structure and provides 107 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 282 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is crafted from polyester-coated cast iron, offering resilience against the effects of weather, chemicals, UV rays, abrasion, and impact. The valve's seat is constructed with peroxide-cured EPDM, ensuring durability and efficient service.

The Butterfly Valve accommodates sizes from 2 to 20 inches with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug pipe connections and incorporates bi-directional flow. An extended neck caters for 2 inches of pipe insulation. The discs of the valve are coated with Nylon 11 and cast from iron, providing robust resistance to corrosion, reduced friction, and facilitating the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve stem, made from 416 stainless steel, features a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, minimizing potential areas for corrosion access. The valve further ensures bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.

Ideal for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, the Butterfly Valve exhibits an equal percentage flow characteristic and operates effectively within a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). The valve can withstand a close-off pressure of up to 175 psi.
