The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 2-1/2 inch control valve, designed with flanges for connection. It features a 107 Cv at a 60 Degree Stroke and a 282 Cv at a 90 Degree Stroke. The valve is constructed with a polyester-coated cast iron body which promises durability and resistance to weather, chemical, ultra-violet, abrasion, and impact damages.

The resilient seat of the valve is made from peroxide-cured EPDM, ensuring airtight sealing at rated close-off. Its stem made from 416 stainless steel is designed for close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that prohibits corrosion.

For added flexibility and functionality, the valve comes in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe Connections and it guarantees bi-directional flow. It also boasts an extended neck for an extra 2 inches of pipe insulation which enhances its insulation capabilities.

Additionally, the control valve employs a nylon 11 coated, cast iron disk for superior corrosion resistance, reduced friction and the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

In terms of technical specifications, the Butterfly Valve is useful for both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions service. Its flow characteristic is of an equal percentage and it can operate efficiently at a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), with a close-off pressure of 175 psi.
