The Honeywell Butterfly Valve, a two-way mechanism with a 16-inch span, is flanged and designed with a Cv of 4483 at a 60-degree stroke and 13966 at a 90-degree stroke. Featuring a body crafted in polyester-coated cast iron, its resilience is further imbued with a peroxide-cured EPDM seat and a 416 stainless steel stem.

This product ranges in size from 2 to 20 inches and accommodates ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. Its design enables a bi-directional flow and includes an extended neck to facilitate 2 inches of pipe insulation. Corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and applicability with lower-torque actuators have been enhanced thanks to the nylon 11-coated, cast iron disks that this valve incorporates. Its cast iron valve body is polyester-coated, offering robust protection against weather, chemical, ultraviolet rays, abrasions, and impacts.

The valve features a stainless steel stem assembled with an internal double-D disk connection that has been engineered to precise tolerances, eliminating any potential points for corrosion access. This valve guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at rated close-off service. Ideal for servicing hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, it boasts an equal percentage flow characteristic.

The butterfly valve can operate within a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). Capable of withstanding a close-off pressure of 150 psi, this product delivers high-performance control and durability for a range of industrial applications.
