Honeywell Butterfly Valve, 2 Way, 16 in. - VFF2SW1YCS/M

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 16-inch flanged valve, capable of achieving 4483 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and 13966 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. It is designed for bi-directional flow with an extended neck allowing for two inches of pipe insulation. Its polyester-coated cast iron body ensures resistance against weather, chemical, ultra-violet, abrasion, and impact damages, enhancing the product's durability.

Integrated with a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem, the valve provides a tight closing mechanism and prevents corrosion access. This valve comes with Nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks ensuring corrosion resistance and reduced friction. Paired with lower-torque actuators, these disks are capable of handling larger valve body sizes.

This valve series is offered in sizes from 2 to 20 inches with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It ensures bubble-tight seat leakage at a rated close-off pressure of 150 psi. The valve is suitable to handle hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions with an equal percentage flow characteristic. Furthermore, it can operate efficiently in a wide range of temperatures from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C).
