This Honeywell valve comes in diverse sizes, ranging from 2 to 20 inches, and is designed to easily connect with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe systems. Its bi-directional flow capacity enhances its functional versatility, while the extended neck allows for the addition of 2 inches of pipe insulation.
Significantly, the valve disks are made from cast iron coated with Nylon 11. This provides increased resistance against Corrosion, reduces friction and enables the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. The valve body, coated with polyester, gives the device an extra layer of protection against weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact damage.
The stainless-steel stem valve comes with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, designed without any points for corrosion entry. This valve guarantees a bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off.
