The Honeywell Butterfly Valve, a two-way, 14-inch unit, is characterized by its flanged construction, with a Cv of 3384 at a 60-degree stroke and 10538 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. Its versatility is demonstrated by its ability to handle sizes from 2 to 20 inches and its ANSI Class 125/150 LUG pipe connections. The bi-directional flow aspect enhances its operational capacity, while the extended neck accommodates up to 2 inches of pipe insulation.

The valve boasts polyester-coated cast iron body, providing weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact protection. Additionally, the valve's disks are coated with Nylon 11, which adds a layer of corrosion resistance, reduces friction, and facilitates the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. A 416 stainless steel stem comes with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, eliminating any areas for corrosion access. The peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat ensures bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off.
