The Honeywell Butterfly Valve, a 2-Way, 14-inch device, features a CV of 3384 at a 60-degree stroke and a CV of 10538 at a 90-degree stroke. It is flanged and possesses a body constructed from cast iron coated with polyester to ensure superior protection against weather conditions, chemical reactions, ultraviolet radiation, abrasion damage, and impact. Additional durability is provided by the peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat.

The valve's stem is made from 416 stainless steel, designed with an internal double-D disk connection that leaves no room for corrosion access. The valve sizes range from 2 to 20 inches, with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. The product ensures a bi-directional flow and includes an extended neck for accommodating 2 inches of pipe insulation.

The disks are made from cast iron coated with Nylon 11 to enhance corrosion resistance, reduce friction, and support the use of lower-torque actuators in conjunction with larger valve body sizes. The valve features bubble-tight seat leakage at a rated close-off for guaranteed performance.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve has been developed with a special focus on operating in hot water and chilled water-glycol scenarios. The flow characteristic it facilitates is of an equal percentage.
