Introducing our Butterfly Valve, offering a 2-way valve with a size of 14 inches. This product features an exceptional Cv of 3384 at a 60-degree stroke, and 10538 at a 90-degree stroke, created for optimal control. With a polyester-coated cast-iron body, the valve is designed to withstand weather, chemical agent exposure, ultraviolet radiation, scratches, and impacts. Further enhancing its durability, the body is accompanied by a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem.

The Butterfly Valve has a variable size range from 2 to 20 inches, and its design includes ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. The design promotes bi-directional flow and has an extended neck that can accommodate up to 2 inches of pipe insulation. Its corrosion-resistant disks are made of nylon 11 coated, cast iron, which allows for reduced friction and usage with lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. Additionally, its stainless steel valve stem consists of a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection with no points for corrosion access.

Despite the robust structure, the valve provides bubble tight seat leakage at rated close-off operating conditions, reinforcing superior functionality. The Butterfly Valve is ideal for both hot and chilled water-glycol solutions signifying equal percentage flow. It can operate efficiently in temperature ranges from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and is able to withstand close-off pressures of up to 150 psi.
