The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 14-inch device, featuring a flanged design with a Cv of 3384 at a 60-degree stroke and a Cv of 10538 at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is made of polyester coated cast iron for enhanced durability and resistance, with a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat. The stem of this industrial valve is made of 416 stainless steel.

This model is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, accommodating ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. The valve supports bi-directional flow and is fitted with an extended neck to allow the addition of 2 inches of pipe insulation. Its cast iron disks are coated with Nylon 11, providing superior corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and enabling the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve body is coated with polyester to safeguard it from weathering, chemical reactions, UV rays, abrasions, and impact damage. To further enhance its resilience, the product is designed with a stainless steel stem featuring a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection that leaves no points for corrosion access.

This Honeywell Butterfly Valve guarantees bubble-tight seat leakage at rated close-off. Performance is rated for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions while maintaining an equal percentage flow characteristic. Its operational temperature range is from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and it can be depended upon to function at a close-off pressure of 150 psi.
