The Honeywell Butterfly Valve, a 2-way, 14 inch industrial controller, comes with a polyester coated cast iron body. The valve offers Cv values of 3384 and 10538 at angle strokes of 60 and 90 degrees respectively. The model features a peroxide cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem ensuring durability and efficient control.

The device accommodates sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches and complies with ANSI class 125/150 lug pipe connections for enhanced compatibility. Known for its bi-directional flow capability, it includes an extended neck designed to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation for safety and efficiency.

For increased resilience, the valve disks are composed of Nylon 11 coated cast iron offering superb corrosion resistance, reduced friction and compatibility with lower-torque actuators in conjunction with larger valve body sizes. The valve body is made of cast iron and coated with polyester which provides comprehensive protection against weather, chemicals, ultra-violet rays, abrasion, and impact.

The valve also includes a stainless steel stem with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, a design that leaves no room for corrosion access. Noteworthy feature includes a bubble-tight seat that enables leakage at rated close-off.

This Butterfly Valve is designed for service with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It features an equal percentage flow characteristic and operates within a temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). It has a close-off pressure of 150 psi, allowing for robust operation across various industrial environments.
