The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 14-inch control device designed with a polyester-coated cast iron body. The valve features a flanged construction with a 3384 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and a 10538 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. It incorporates a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem.

Offering sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, the valve adheres to ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It provides a bi-directional flow and incorporates an extended neck to accommodate 2 inches of pipe insulation. For lower-torque actuators and reduced friction, the valve's disks are crafted from corrosion-resistant cast iron and coated with Nylon 11. This makes the valve suitable for use with larger valve body sizes.

The valve body is made from cast iron, coated with weather, chemical, ultra-violet, abrasion, and impact-resistant polyester. The valve stem, on the other hand, is constructed from stainless steel, featuring a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, thereby offering no points for corrosion access. The valve also provides bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off.

In terms of services, the valve can be used with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It presents an equal percentage flow characteristic and an operating temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). The valve's close-off pressure stands at a strong 150 psi, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
