The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way control system, measuring 14 inches. This valve offers tremendous functionality thanks to its design, which boasts a flanged structure that provides an impressive Cv of 3384 at a 60-degree stroke and 10538 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. It's constructed with a hard-wearing, polyester-coated cast iron body that ensures durability and longevity. The resilient seat, made of peroxide-cured EPDM, works in tandem with the 416 stainless steel stem to deliver optimal performance.

The Butterfly Valve caters to a variety of sizes, ranging from 2 to 20 inches, and it's designed particularly for ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. Its bi-directional flow further enhances its versatility. Moreover, the valve features an extended neck that allows for 2 inches of pipe insulation.

The incorporation of nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks offers corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and compatibility with lower-torque actuators, particularly with larger valve body sizes. To shield against weather, chemical reactions, ultraviolet rays, abrasion, and impact, this valve's cast iron body is protected with a polyester coating. The stainless steel stem is meticulously constructed with a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, which virtually eliminates any points for corrosion access.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve facilitates bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off. It can be implemented in multiple service areas, including with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. Its flow characteristic adheres to an equal percentage, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. It's able to function effectively within a wide operating temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C), and it also performs efficiently under a close-off pressure of up to 150 psi.
