The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 12-inch system with a flanged design, engineered for superior control with a 2563 Cv at a 60-degree stroke and an 8077 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The valve body is constructed from cast iron that has been treated with a polyester coating, offering enhanced weather, chemical, UV, abrasion, and impact resistance. Further enhancing its durability and performance, the valve features a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat and a 416 stainless steel stem.

This butterfly valve accommodates sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, with compatible ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. A unique feature of this device is the extended neck that accommodates 2 inches of pipe insulation, improving efficiency and heat retention. The unit also includes Nylon 11-coated, cast iron disks which provide benefits including corrosion resistance, reduced friction, and compatibility with lower-torque actuators on larger valve body sizes.

The valve stem is cast from stainless steel and features a close-tolerance, internal double-D disk connection, minimizing potential points for corrosion. The valve assures bubble-tight seat leakage at the rated close-off. It is capable of bidirectional flow, facilitating versatile usage across different system configurations.

This Honeywell Butterfly Valve operates at temperatures ranging from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). It is suitable for service with hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. It maintains an equal percentage flow characteristic and has a close-off pressure rating of 175 psi.
