The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a 2-way, 12-inch valve renowned for its durability and efficiency. The valve is flanged, providing a Cv of 2563 at a 60-degree stroke and a Cv of 8077 at a 90-degree stroke. Its sturdy body is constructed from a polyester-coated cast iron, allowing it to withstand harsh weather conditions, chemical exposures, UV radiations, abrasions, and impacts. Meanwhile, its robust seat made from peroxide-cured EPDM ensures resilience while the 416 stainless steel stem enhances performance.

The Butterfly Valve is available in sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches and comes with ANSI Class 125/150 Lug Pipe Connections. It features a bi-directional flow and allows for 2 inches of pipe insulation owing to its extended neck. For heightened corrosion resistance, reduced friction and use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes, the disks are cast iron and coated with Nylon 11.

The stainless steel stem of the valve comes with a tight internal double-D disk connection, leaving no points for corrosion access.
