This polyester-coated, cast iron valve features peroxide-cured EPDM seating for exceptional durability and 416-grade stainless steel stems for enhanced strength. The valve's impressive flow control range from 2563 Cv at a 60-degree stroke to 8077 Cv at 90-degree stroke positions this valve as a versatile choice for industrial applications.

This valve accommodates sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, complemented by ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. This bidirectional flow valve also extends its neck by 2 inches to accommodate pipe insulation, protecting equipment and maintaining optimal performance temperatures. The discs, coated with Nylon 11 and cast in iron, improve corrosion resistance and reduce friction, enabling it to pair well with lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes for increased performance.
