The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a product intended for two-way, 10-inch operation. It is characterized by a flanged design capable of 1710 Cv at a 60-degree stroke or 5430 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. The body of the valve comprises a polyester-coated cast iron for added durability, with a resilient seat made of peroxide-cured EPDM. The stem of the valve is constructed from 416 stainless steel for enhanced longevity.

This Butterfly Valve range caters to sizes as small as two inches up to twenty inches, all equipped with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections, enabling bidirectional flow. Moreover, an extended neck is incorporated to allow the passage of 2 inches of pipe insulation. This preserves the efficiency of the valve during operation.

The valve features a cast iron disc, coated in resistant Nylon 11. This coating helps combat corrosion and reduce friction, promoting the application of lower-torque actuators in larger valve body sizes.
