The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 10-inch valve crafted with a polyester-coated cast iron body for enhanced durability and resistance against weather, chemical, ultraviolet, abrasion, and impact damage. Its design includes a 416 stainless steel stem with a close-tolerance, internal double-D disk connection that prevents corrosion access. The valve provides a Cv of 1710 at 60-degree stroke and a Cv of 5430 at 90-degree stroke.

This high-quality valve accommodates sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches and is equipped with ANSI class 125/150 lug pipe connections. It employs a bi-directional flow mechanism and an extended neck that provides sufficient room for a 2-inch pipe insulation. The valve disks are coated with Nylon 11, a feature that not only enhances corrosion resistance but also reduces friction and facilitates the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.
