This Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way flanged device, providing excellent flow control with its large Cv of 1710 at a 60-degree stroke, and 5430 Cv at a 90-degree stroke. Housed in a robust polyester-coated cast iron body, this 10-inch valve promises durability in challenging conditions. Featuring a peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat, it ensures tight sealing and long-life service. Key to its operation is the 416-grade stainless steel stem, providing strength with corrosion resistance.

With sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches, it is equipped to handle ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. Bi-directional flow capabilities combined with an extended neck for 2 inches of pipe insulation make it adaptable to various piping systems. To further enhance its rugged design, it includes a Nylon 11 coated, cast iron disk ensuring corrosion resistance, reduced friction and enabling the utilization of lower-torque actuators with larger body valves.

The valve body is polyester-coated cast iron, ensuring protection against weather, chemical, ultraviolet elements as well as abrasion and impact. Enhancing this are the stainless steel valve stem and double-D disk connection, designed with close tolerance internals and devoid of points for corrosion access. This configuration ensures bubble-tight seat leakage at a rated close-off pressure of 175 psi.

Designed to handle both hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions, this valve maintains an equal percentage flow characteristic at operating temperatures ranging from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C).
