The Honeywell 2-Way, 10-inch Butterfly Valve is positioned with a polyester-coated cast iron body. It presents enhanced flow control with its 1710 Cv function at a 60-degree stroke and 5430 Cv operation at a 90-degree stroke. The peroxide-cured EPDM resilient seat supports consistent functionality and durability, in conjunction with the 416 stainless steel stem. This range spans sizes from 2 to 20 inches and comes equipped with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connectors for optimal compatibility.

Offering a uniquely bi-directional flow, the valve features an extended neck for 2 inches of pipe insulation for superior efficiency. The corrosion-resistant disks, characterized by their Nylon 11 coating and cast iron composition, support reduced friction and utilize lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes. Its cast iron valve body is perseveringly coated with polyester for a well-rounded defense against natural forces, including weather, chemical reactions, ultra-violet rays, abrasion, and other impacts.

The valve's stainless steel stem includes a close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection with no points for corrosion, promoting prolonged integrity of the system. The valve also assures bubble-tight seat leakage at its rated close-off, reinforcing reliable operation.

In terms of its standard technical specifications, the valve is suitable for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions and embodies an equal percentage flow characteristic. It is rated for an operating temperature between -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C), while withstanding a close-off pressure upto 175 psi.
