The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way, 10-inch industrial grade controller. Expertly engineered, the unit is constructed with a flanged, polyester coated cast iron body, enhancing its durability against weather, chemicals, ultraviolet radiation, abrasion, and impacts. Its unique design allows for a Cv of 1710 at a 60-degree stroke, and 5430 at a 90-degree stroke. A resilient seat made of peroxide cured EPDM integrates seamlessly with the 416 stainless steel stem.

The device can accommodate sizes ranging from 2 to 20 inches and connects easily via ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe. The design of the valve ensures bi-directional flow and features an extended neck for 2 inches of pipe insulation. For high corrosion resistance, reduced friction and an adaptable usage with lower-torque actuators in larger valves body sizes, the Honeywell Butterfly Valve utilizes nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks.

Its stainless steel valve stem has been designed meticulously with close-tolerance internal double-D disk connection, ensuring no corrosion access points. The valve ensures 'bubble tight' seat leakage at the rated close-off pressure.

Regarding technical specifications, this valve is ideally suited for hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions services. Its equal percentage flow characteristic provides efficient control, while an operating temperature range of -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C) ensures reliable operation in intense environments.
