The Honeywell Butterfly Valve is a two-way valve with a 10-inch size designed to manage fluid flow efficiently. Equipped with a polyester-coated cast iron body, its construction ensures enduring resilience. The valve's stem is created from 416 Stainless Steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. It provides a high Cv of 1710 at a 60-degree stroke and 5430 at a 90-degree stroke.

The Honeywell Butterfly Valve accommodates sizes from 2 to 20 inches, compliant with ANSI Class 125/150 lug pipe connections. Its design allows for bi-directional flow and an extended neck for 2 inches of pipe insulation. The valve features Nylon 11 coated, cast iron disks, lowering friction and enhancing the durability of the unit under corrosive conditions. These features also enable the use of lower-torque actuators with larger valve body sizes.

The valve body is enhanced with a polyester coating for optimal protection against weather, chemical reactions, ultraviolet damage, abrasion, and impact. Its stainless steel valve stem features a double-D disk connection with no points for corrosion access, ensuring continued optimal performance. One of the unique features of this product is its bubble–tight seat leakage at its rated close-off.

The valve is ideally suited for the management of hot water and chilled water-glycol solutions. Its flow characteristic is equivalent percentage, and it can operate at a wide temperature range from -40 F to 250 F (-40 C to 121 C). It is capable of tolerating closure pressures up to 175 psi.
