The Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly is a Characterized Control Valve that comes with a direct-coupled actuator. It features a 3 way, 2 inch NPT configuration and offers a Cv of 83. The valve and components are constructed of nickel-chrome plated brass, which guarantees unparalleled durability and corrosion resistance. It features modulating and floating controls, operates at 24 VAC, and its fail-safe mode defaults to A to AB open.

This ball valve assembly accommodates sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 3 inches, all with internal female NPT connections. The B port Cv is reduced to maintain constant loop flow. The valve is field-configurable for a normally open or normally closed fail-safe position. To ensure manual control during installation or power failure, the assembly comes with a removable handle.

For flexibility during installation, the actuator can be mounted on the valve in any of the four orientations. The valve installs in a globe valve T pattern, so extra elbows or pipings are not necessary. Its stem assembly is shield-serviceable and offers a wide range of Cv choices from 0.33 to 2.99.

The valve operates in conditions ranging from -40 F to 150 F and comes with a self-centering clamping shaft adapter. Encased in NEMA 2, IP54-rated housing, the valve is protected from dust and splashing water, assuring reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
