The Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly, categorized as a 3-way with 1/2 inch NPT, integrates a Characterized Control Valve that offers a Cv of 43 and is constructed from nickel chrome plated brass. This module leverages a Direct Coupled Actuator furnished with a torque of 27 in-lb and a 24 VAC modulating function, whereby in case of failure, it transitions from Safe B to AB open.

This assembly unit, accommodating sizes extending from 1/2 inch to 3 inch with internal female NPT connections, ensures a reduction in B-port Cv to ensure constant loop flow. Possessing field configurability, it can be set to adopt a normally open or closed fail-safe position.
