Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly, 3 Way, 1/2 in NPT - VBN3AHPX5000

The Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly is a 3-way, 1/2 inch NPT characterized control valve with a Cv of 43 and a direct coupled actuator that provides a 44 in-lb, modulating, non-spring return operation. This assembly is made from nickel chrome plated brass and runs on 24 VAC power. The valve assembly comes in a range of sizes from 1/2 inch to 3 inches, all featuring internal female NPT connections.

The assembly features a reduced B Port Cv that guarantees consistent loop flow. It is also field-configurable for a normally open or normally closed fail-safe position. The assembly set includes a removable manual operating handle, which allows for control of the valve during installation or during a power failure.

The actuator can be installed in any of the four orientations on the valve, and the assembly has a shield-serviceable stem for added flexibility. The assembly comes with a wide range of Cv choices from 0.33 to 2.99, which makes it suitable for various industrial applications. The valve can be installed in a globe valve T pattern without the need for extra elbows or piping.

The assembly is designed to work with both hot and chilled water, as well as with glycol solutions of up to 50%. It has an equal percentage flow characteristic and an operating temperature ranging from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C). The maximum safe operating pressure rating for this assembly is 360 psi, and the power consumption is at 5 VA. This assembly is designed to work under conditions ranging from -5 F to 140 F (-20 C to 60 C) and features a U-bolt clamp type shaft adapter. The housing is rated NEMA 2 and IP54 as per global industrial standards.
