The Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly 3 Way 1 1/2 in. NPT is a Characterized Control Valve with a flow coefficient value of 32 Cv. It is crafted from nickel chrome plated brass, rendering this direct-coupled valve a non-fail-safe with a torque rate of 44 in-lb. The valve utilizes a 24 V power source and provides floating 0/2-10 DC feedback.

This valve assembly offers a range of sizes from 1/2 in. to 3 in., all with internal female NPT connections. The B port Cv is designed to be reduced for constant loop flow and is field configurable for fail-safe positions to be either normally open or normally closed. A removable manual operating handle allows control over the valve during installation or in the event of power failure.

The actuator which can be mounted onto the valve in any of four orientations, coupled with a shield-serviceable stem assembly offer flexibility in use. The wide range of Cv choices from 0.33 to 453 and its installation on a globe valve T pattern without the need for extra elbows or piping makes it an efficient and versatile option.

Designed for hot and chilled water with glycol solutions of up to 50%, it operates at an equal percentage flow characteristic. It can handle temperatures ranging from -5 F to 140 F (-20 C to 60 C) and a maximum safe operating rating of 360 psi. Its power consumption is 24 VAC and it is housed in a plenum rated plastic housing.
