The Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly is a 2-way, 1-inch NPT characterized control valve. This assembly is made from quality nickel chrome plated brass and includes a direct-coupled actuator with 27 in-lb. Designed to be modulating and operating at 24 VAC, the valve offers fail-safe closing.

Accommodating sizes from 1/2 inch to 3 inches, the product features internal female NPT connections. The design incorporates a reduced B Port Cv to ensure constant loop flow. The valve assembly allows field configuration for normally open or close fail-safe position.

One of the standout characteristics of this assembly is the removable manual operating handle that offers control over the valve during installation or during a power failure. The actuator is designed to be installed on the valve in any of four orientations. The assembly also includes shield-serviceable stem assembly.

One of the most flexible products on the market, it comes with a wide range of Cv choices, from 0.33 to 366. The design allows the valve to be installed in a Globe valve T pattern, eliminating the need for extra elbows or piping.

The assembly is compatible with hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. It showcases an equal percentage flow characteristic operating at temperature ranges from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), with a maximum safe operating rating of 360 psi. The valve can function perfectly under operating conditions of -40 F to 150 F (-40 C to 65 C).

For the electrical connection, the assembly includes a Plenum rated power cable, which is 3 feet in length from the end of the access cover, 18 AWG. Also, there is a switch cable that is appliance rated, 3 feet in length from the end of the access cover, 18 AWG. The entire structure is safely housed in a NEMA 2, IP54 rated casing.
