The Honeywell Ball Valve Assembly is a two-way, half-inch, characterized control valve with an internal flow co-efficient of 0.68 Cv. Constructed from Nickel Chrome Plated Brass, this direct-coupled unit boasts a torque capacity of 27 in-lb and operates on a standalone power supply of 24 volts. It features a modulating function and is engineered for non-fail-safe operations.

This unit's standard sizes range from half an inch to three inches with internal female NPT connections. It showcases a Reduced B Port Cv that guarantees a uniform loop flow. Moreover, the valve is field-configurable for normally open or normally closed fail-safe position. Along with this, it has a removable manual operating handle that allows for valve control during installation or in case of a power outage.

The actuator on the valve can be affixed in any of the four orientations and the stem assembly is shield-serviceable. This valve can range in Cv from 0.33 to 278. Installation is seamless, as it follows a globe valve T pattern eliminating the need for additional elbows or piping.

Servicing is typically suitable for hot and chilled water with the inclusion of glycol solutions up to 50%.
