The Honeywell Ball Valve is a three-way, six-inch control valve with a 577 Cv output. Designed with an ANSI Class 125 flanged connection, it's available in a range of sizes from 4 to 6 inches. This robust valve is constructed with a flanged, cast iron body, a Teflon seat, and a 316 stainless steel stem. An inherent feature of this valve is its removable manual operating handle, which provides control of the valve during installation or in case of a power failure.

Adaptable to specific operational needs, the valve can be field-configured for either a normally open or a normally closed fail-safe position, and offers the option of four actuator mounting positions on the valve. Moreover, this model supplies a wide range of Cv choices, ranging from 91 to 650.

This ball valve is tailored to manage a variety of service types, including hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. It boasts a globe valve A-B-AB flow pattern, specifically with a side B port. The flow characteristic features an equal percentage from Port A to AB, while it provides a linear flow with a 20% reduced flow capacity from Port B to AB.

Appropriate for a wide range of operating temperatures, from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), this valve ensures reliable performance under intense conditions. Also, it guarantees a close-off pressure of 70 psi.
