The Honeywell Ball Valve, 3 Way, 5 in. 185 Cv is a truly robust control equipment that embodies a cast iron body and a Teflon seat, all hinged by a 316-grade stainless steel stem. With sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches, it features ANSI Class 125 Flanged connections for a secure and efficient coupling.

One of the key attributes of this valve is its removable manual operating handle which empowers end-users to control the valve during installation or even during power outage scenarios. The ball valve also comes with the capacity to configure for a normally open or normally closed fails-safe position as per user preference or application specific requirement.

With the aim of offering increased flexibility for the installation process, we have incorporated the choice of four actuator mounting positions on the valve. It also boasts a wide range of Cv choices extending from 91 to 650, catering to a diverse array of industrial needs. The valve adheres to the Globe Valve A-B-AB flow pattern, incorporating a Side B Port to ensure optimal performance.

The valve excels in versatility, being fit for service exposure to both hot and chilled water, with glycol solutions up to 50%. It follows an equal percentage flow characteristic from Port A to AB while apportioning a linear flow with a 20% reduced flow capacity from Port B to AB. Moreover, the operating temperature range stretches from -22F up to 250F, interpreting to -30C to 121C, adequately covering most process temperature requirements. Lastly, it controls fluid pressure up to a close off pressure of 70 psi.

As an add-on, we offer an optional NEMA 3R(IP54) rated enclosure for facilitating outdoor applications, ensuring operational integrity even in harsh environmental conditions.
