The Honeywell Ball Valve is a 3-way, 4-inch control valve with a CV value of 91. This robust instrument is meticulously engineered with a cast-iron body evincing strength and durability, while its Teflon seat provides chemical resistance and its 316 stainless steel stem ensures high corrosion resistance.

The product comes in a range of sizes, varying from 4 to 6 inches, and is equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections. The Ball Valve, designed with a removable manual operating handle, allows the user to adjust the valve either during installation or in case of power outages. Furthermore, it offers field configurability for normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions.

For added longevity and performance, there is an optional NEMA 3R (IP54) rated enclosure to protect the device against environmental conditions in outdoor applications. The flow characteristic from Port A to AB is equal in percentage, while from Port B to AB it is linear with 20% reduced flow capacity. Operating under temperature conditions ranging from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), the Ball Valve can withstand a closed-off pressure of up to 70 psi.
