The Honeywell Ball Valve is a 3-way, 4-inch valve with a Cv of 254. Designed with a flanged, cast iron body, it contains a Teflon seat and a 316 stainless steel stem for optimal durability and performance. It is available in sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches and is equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections.

To ensure utmost flexibility during installation or in cases of power failure, it includes a removable manual operating handle that can control the valve. This is paired with the valve being field configurable for normally open or closed fail-safe positions, and the option to select from four actuator mounting positions on the valve.

The Ball Valve also boasts a broad selection of Cv options, ranging from 91 to 650. It utilizes a globe valve A-B-AB flow pattern with Side B port, providing exceptional flow control. An optional NEMA 3R(IP54) rated enclosure is also available for outdoor applications, enhancing its versatility.

As for its technical specifications, the Ball Valve is designed to operate with hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. It presents an equal percentage flow characteristic from Port A to AB, and a linear characteristic with 20% reduced flow capacity from Port B to AB. The operating temperature range is from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), and it can withstand a close-off pressure of up to 70 psi.
