The Honeywell Ball Valve, 3 Way, 4 in. 197 Cv is an industrial-grade control system with a flanged, cast iron body, Teflon seat and a 316 Stainless Steel stem. This robust and versatile controller is available in sizes from 4 to 6 inches with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections, and it offers a wide range of Cv choices from 91 to 650.

The valve features a removable manual operating handle that provides control during installation or in the event of power failure. It can be field-configured for either normally open or normally closed fail-safe positions, providing enhanced operational flexibility. An optional NEMA 3R(IP54) rated enclosure for outdoor applications is available, along with the possibility of four actuator mounting positions on the valve.

The Honeywell Ball Valve follows a globe valve A-B-AB flow pattern, with Side B port, and accommodates hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%. In terms of flow characteristics, it allows equal percentage flow from Port A to AB while the flow from Port B to AB follows a linear pattern with a 20% reduced flow capacity. The system can withstand operating temperatures from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C) with a close-off pressure of 70 psi. This makes the valve both robust and efficient, meeting a wide range of industrial automation and control needs.
