The Honeywell Ball Valve is a 3-way flanged control element with a substantial 4-inch measurement and 152 Cv. Cast iron creates the body of the valve, providing exceptional durability and longevity, while the seat is composed of Teflon, enhancing its resistance to temperature fluctuations and corrosive substances. A 316-grade stainless steel stem reinforces the valve's strength against high pressure.

The valve sizes range between 4 to 6 inches, providing flexibility for various applications. Each valve comes with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections. The valve features a removable manual operating handle that offers convenient control during the installation process or in case of power failure.

In terms of fail-safe positions, the valve can be field-configured as either normally open or normally closed, according to the system requirements. Protection against outdoor conditions is also provided, with an optional NEMA 3R (IP54) rated enclosure available for outdoor applications. The valve enables four different actuator mounting positions.

With Cv options ranging from 91 to 650, the valve offers a wide range of flow control capabilities. It also implements an A-B-AB flow pattern of a globe valve with a Side B port. In terms of service, the valve can handle hot and chilled water with glycol solutions content of up to 50%.

Flow characteristics include an equal percentage flow from port A to AB, and a linear but 20% reduced flow capacity flow from port B to AB. The valve operates within a temperature range of -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), and it can effortlessly manage a close-off pressure reaching up to 70 psi.
