The Honeywell Ball Valve is a two-way device with a 5-inch and 240 Cv feature. Built for durability and efficiency, the valve features a flanged, cast iron body, a Teflon seat, and a 316 stainless steel stem. It is designed to accommodate sizes ranging from 4 to 6 inches with ANSI Class 125 flanged connections.

The valve consists of a removable manual operating handle that allows control over the valve during installation or in an event of power failure. It is field-configurable, enabling a normally open or normally closed fail-safe position based on user requirements.

Furthermore, the device also offers an optional NEMA 3R(IP54) rated enclosure suitable for outdoor applications. The valve carries the option of four actuator mounting positions and a wide range of Cv choices from 91 to 650, catering to a variety of contexts. Meeting the ANSI Class IV leakage specification, the valve proves to have a high leakage prevention capacity, standing at 0.01% of Cv.

Equipped with the versatility to service hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50%, the valve features an equal percentage, linear with the full port. The operating temperature ranges from -22 F to 250 F (-30 C to 121 C), and a close-off pressure of 70 psi.
